When it arrived in the gift box and I examined the tea pot I could not tell that it was an inexpensive tea pot. It has the weight, design and quality of a more expensive tea pot in addition to the presentation of the gift box. I needed this tea pot to match my China Set which is a Mikasa Black Opus Set. It looks great with this set! It is as if the teapot was part of my China set. I will be hosting a Women's Tea luncheon at my church and I will be very proud to have this tea pot as the center piece. I was so impressed with the the tea pot that I ordered and received the matching sugar bowl and creamer. I highly recommend this product.
