(More customer reviews)I ordered three of these carafes in early April. The order came and it was three wine coolers. I wasn't able to return them for credit because they were a non-returnable item. So I returned them for a replacement. Which I wanted anyway.
When the replacement arrived I was so excited and opened the box and guess what? It is the same three wine coolers that I returned to Amazon/Target in April. Now I am still waiting on an authorization to return my second three wine coolers that are suppose to be carafes. I spoke to someone in customer service who e-mailed me the authorization and only sent it for one carafe instead of the three so five days later I am still trying to get back into this item that now shows I have it returned. Can't get back in so I can get credit for the three. I would love to see and use three of these carafes--somewhere someone doesn't check numbers though so I continue to get wine coolers. If you ever get any carafes, let me know--hope they aren't really wine coolers as we don't use wine coolers for funeral dinners at our church. Soon I hope we can have three of these carafes to use for the people who would like hot water for their tea though. Is it ever going to happen? Or will I buy elsewhere. Now you know why my purchases from Amazon are few and far between.
