(More customer reviews)I purchased this as a gift for my daughter and they did not open it for until I arrived. It was broken in the box although the box looked perfect. Not happy customer. The flip part was broken in pieces. They have used it as it was because the reason for purchase was to have for recovering surgery patient and it was urgent. So we have had to repair it as best we could to have it function.
