(More customer reviews)This is an affordable, classy piece of furniture. I have one in my livingroom and it's just the right height for reaching for things from the adjacent couch. The recessed center means a spilled drink can quickly be mopped up without getting on the floor... but it wouldn't be good to let moisture just sit there. The slight flare to the legs adds a touch of elegance. My less than perfect rating is due to the shallowness of the drawer. I have a few remotes in the drawer - but they are tiny remotes for a radio and a CD changer. The big universal remotes for TV, ReplayTV, & DVD player won't fit in the drawer because the buttons stick up too much... so I mostly stick the absorbent stone coasters in the drawer- but I can only stack them 2-deep!
