(More customer reviews)Would like to review the product but it never arrived. Was given multiple ship dates/tacking numbers and they turned out to be bogus. Emailed a couple of times and never heard back until I called them directly by phone. Was told they would call be back but that never happened. Eventually got an email saying I was out of luck and it was on backorder (why were tracking numbers sent out? Very suspect). Credit card was never reimbursed and was told I'd see it within 2 statements which is insane because the process of giving a credit should take a couple days at most, not a couple of months. Since I was misled with the tracking numbers I didn't want to take their word for on this and filed a claim with my credit card company about a month after the order. This review refers to the re-seller Stacks and Stacks.
