I was really very pleased when this product arrived today. I bought this as a Christmas gift for my Mother and she is going to be blown away. The tea pot is large, not overly, but it is certainly not a dainty piece. The cream and sugar pieces are lovely. Very high quality detailing, the gold is not gawdy. Comes very very well packaged. I am glad I bought some other pieces to match on a whim, hoping that the tea set would be beautiful. I received the matching tea cups and coffee pot. Also beautiful though the coffee pot did not come in its own packing box (it did arrive intact). If you are looking for a lovely piece of china that is proud to display but usable for company, I highly recommend this set.
