(More customer reviews)Although the table looks very nice, the finish on the middle layer chips and scratches very easily. I would give it 5 stars if this layer had the same finish as the top and the bottom layers. If you have a kid, pet, or if you are not VERY careful while vacuuming around the table, you can easily damage it (even a small contact with the vacuum damaged it). Ours now has a white mark on it which is aesthetically an eyesore.
